Music retailer wins Consumer Website Award 2 years consecutive
A computerjazz.net developed on-line store massonmusic.com was awarded 'Best Retailer Website 2003" at the annual AMAC awards. The site then won the event the following year (2004) and was runner up in 2005!

"The Australian Music Association represents over 350 Australian music retailers so to be adjudged the best on-line music store first is quite an achievement" said Ken Hauser who has been administering the site since its launch 2 years ago.

The site also won Quest Newspapers 'Best Small Business Ecommerce site' award in 2003.

The Masson Music website is an on-line shopping environment offering over 180,000 products!

The store is a good example of an on-line shopping website which emphasizes a customer friendly experience. The store's ease of use coupled with its industry strength credit card security and server technologies make it a good example of the capabilties of a computerjazz.net on-line store!

computerjazz.net developed the store for Masson Music in 2002. It was created so that the music store's retail staff could manage and upgrade the site. The awards were won when the site was being managed by Masson staff members which proved to be a great endorsement of the back end capabilities of the site that we tailored to the stores needs.

By building a comprehensive backend based on Interchange Masson's have been able to evolve and upgrade their on-line store without having to pay for additional web developer costs.

Masson's also asked computerjazz.net to produce a portable version of their site that was burned on professionally made business card CDs.

After the initial years of success computerjazz.net has completed development of an on-line music knowledge base for the massonmusic.com website.

Last night John, Ken and the team at Masson Music were presented the award for the best musical instrument website in Australia. Up against six other quality website finalists, it was a privilege simply to be nominated by industry peers and wholesalers.

A panel of experts judged our site http://www.massonmusic.com to (jointly) be the 2003 Australian Music Association's Best Consumer Website.
